1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ( 9-inch ) chocolate crumb pie crust

1. Combine all puree ingredients in medium soucepan; bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar, Simmer over low heat 19 minutes; cool. Place in blender; blend smooth.

2.Microwave chocolate and 3 tablespoons water in a small microwave-safe bowl on medium 3 to 4 minutes or until melted; stir until smooth. Pour into medium bowl; cool until about 85*F. (a small dab on your upper lip will feel slightly cool).

3. Beat cream in medium bowl at medium-high speed until soft peaks barely form. Beat in vanilla. Carefully fold into cooled chocolate mixture ( it will seem very soft).

4. Spread 3 tablespoons of the puree over the bottom of crust. Spoon half of the mousse over the puree; spread evenly. Drop 8 to 10 tablespoons of the puree over mouse; with small knife, swirl puree. Refrigerate until set, 6 hours or over in refrigerator.

I dont like to move in the lake period.

We have no much time left, and we haven't find yet a new place to move, because i dont like to move to the lake it is so far from the city so we have to look for a new apartment or house to rent here in the city especially right now i am still waiting for my green card interview. So mike "my sis hubby" told us that we are welcome to stay in his place for a while, while hubby is also looking for a new job.

He said that it is a better idea that we are in his place till my sis will arrive so that we can have so much time with each other and my sis could adjust quickly. What a nice of him sharing us his place. were lucky to have him as our friend.

Filipino food culture brings together tastes and techniques from around the world. This slightly sweet steamed cake is topped with cheese and is delectable when served with fresh fruit, chocolate, or jam for dessert or an afternoon snack.

4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
6 eggs
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups water
2 1/4 cups Edam cheese, shredded

Grease small cake, puto molds, or ramekins for use in a steamer. Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder together in a bowl. In a separate, large bowl, scramble the eggs with the evaporated milk and water. Fold the dry mixture into the eggs until evenly blended. Fill the prepared molds 2/3 of the way up with the batter and top with shredded cheese.

Fill a wok or a sauce pan that will hold a steamer basket with a few inches of water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Place the molds into a steamer basket and place over the boiling water and cover.

Steam until a toothpick inserted in the center of one of the putos comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and serve warm or at room temperature.

If you do not have access to a steamer: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven. Pour your batter into greased muffin tins and place the tins into a large high sided pan; place onto the rack of the preheated oven. Carefully pour boiling water into the large pan, so that it reaches half way up the sides of the muffin tin. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
