Build muscle

Recently I was thinking that it would be so nice for me to build muscle I just love the look of Madonna and Vina Morales the local artist in the Philippines. I really love looking at their muscle that’s why I am also inspired to go to the gym during my spare time, not only to lose some of my weight but to build a nice muscle. Don’t you think this is a good idea?
